There is no road to access the water – it is right at your back door, and the beach is just a leisurely 5 minute stroll away. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There is a Port-A-Cot & highchair as well as a box of toys, puzzles, books & boardgames. There are also some games for the adults including, Bocce, Croquet & Kubb. There are bikes in the garage, a double kayak under the house & stand-up paddle boards as well.

The house is also fully air-conditioned with reverse cycle for winter, not that you will need it in winter when you have the timber fireplace going with plenty of timber supplied.

This house has it all & you don’t even have to leave as right across the road is a convenience store,  bakery (the croissants are delicious) Potty Mouth Pizza & the Tavern (meals are just fantastic). A short 5 minute walk away is the IGA, Chemist, News-agency, Cafe’s,  Pipit Restaurant & a Thai, Chinese & Mexican Restaurant.

You will never want to leave… The best thing is that you can bring your pet. Dogs are more than welcome & you will find a dog bed & bowl waiting for them. They even get their own treats waiting for them on the kitchen bench. There is an enclosed front yard for your beloved pooch, a fully enclosed back patio for them to lie on & don’t forget the water right outside the back door for them to swim in. It really is dog heaven & they will be thanking you for this holiday.

The house is fully equipped including an Electric Vehicle Charger with Type-2 connector to fit most makes and models of EV.

Neighbourhood

Pottsville is a quite coastal town with excellent beaches. The perfect holiday destination. Right across the road only 20 meters away is where you will find Pottsville Tavern which has amazing well priced meals, a Night Owl Convenience store, Potty Mouth Pizza with THE BEST PIZZA EVER & Black Rock Bakehouse. Pottsville village is a leisurely 5 minute stroll away with an IGA, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Thai & cafes.

House Rules

No parties or events. Check-in is at 2pm & check-out is at 10am. An earlier check-in or a later check-out may be a possibility & this can be discussed the day before check-in.
